These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and EchoWebBot Studio (“EchoWebBot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to our websites, browser extensions, subscriptions, and support services.
By using an EchoWebBot service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use a service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. Product details shown in an extension, store listing, or checkout may include additional terms specific to that product.
2. Your responsibility
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. Keep your account and browser profile secure, provide accurate information, and contact [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Our extensions act on the instructions and selections you provide. You are responsible for reviewing settings and outputs, maintaining appropriate backups, and using only accounts, systems, content, and data you are authorized to access.
3. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
Product features, prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew at the displayed interval until cancelled. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers; EchoWebBot does not store your complete payment-card number.
You may cancel future renewals through the applicable product or by emailing [email protected]. Paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period.
If we cannot resolve an issue, or if you are completely unhappy with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original purchase. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
Use the services only for lawful, authorized purposes. You must not:
- violate laws, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual restrictions;
- access, collect, export, modify, or distribute content or data without permission;
- bypass security, authentication, access controls, rate limits, or technical restrictions;
- use the services for spam, harassment, fraud, deception, unauthorized surveillance, or other harmful activity;
- interfere with the services, introduce malicious code, or resell access without permission; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with EchoWebBot or a supported platform.
We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated violations.
5. Third-party services
Our extensions may interact with ecommerce platforms, social networks, mapping services, browser stores, and payment providers. EchoWebBot is independent and is not endorsed by those third parties unless expressly stated.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Their updates, availability, or decisions may affect an extension, and we cannot guarantee continued compatibility.
6. Content and ownership
You retain ownership of content and data you lawfully provide. You allow us to process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.
EchoWebBot and its licensors own the services, software, branding, and documentation. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the services under these Terms. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used to improve our products.
7. Changes, availability, and termination
We may update or change features for security, compatibility, compliance, or product improvement. Browser and third-party platform changes may also affect availability. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these Terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding whether they are appropriate for your needs.
To the extent permitted by law, EchoWebBot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for an affected service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Updates and contact
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice where required. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply.
